The Barbaresco 'Bric Micca' by Luigi Einaudi is an elegant and refined wine. It comes from south-facing Nebbiolo vineyards, cultivated in the Cru Bric Micca in Neive, one of the most vocated areas of the Langhe. The winemaking lasts 30 days, followed by a long aging in wood and a resting period of one year in bottle. The bouquet is wide and complex, with hints of ripe red fruit, notes of sweet spices, balsamic notes, and light musky nuances on the finish. On the palate, it is powerful and austere, with dense tannins, balanced freshness, and a very persistent finish. Excellent paired with a braised dish in red wine
