The Bramaterra "Chioso Robino" from Le Pianelle comes from a single vineyard in the heart of Northern Piemonte, from Nebbiolo, Croatina, and Vespolina grapes, the classic blend of the area, all harvested from the same historic parcel. The fermentation in Grenier oak vats paves the way for a long aging process of months in used barrels and then 2 years in bottle, which refine its texture. A proud and elegant glass, with hints of dark fruit and balsamic notes that lead to a tannic, substantial sip with great persistence. It deserves a braised beef in red wine
