The Cabernet Sauvignon from the Mila Vuolo winery is a red wine from the Rufoli area, in the Salerno region, where the volcanic soil and proximity to the sea give this international grape variety an intense and vibrant character. The nose releases aromas of blackcurrant and ripe cherry, with delicate hints of coffee and a balsamic finish. On the palate, it is structured and tannic, balanced and with a structure that promises long evolution. Ideal with robust meat dishes, it pairs perfectly with a Florentine steak
