The Champagne "Les Noues" is an important and prestigious Blanc de Blancs made from Pinot Noir grapes grown in the Premier Cru Ecueil. Vinified in wood and aged for at least 3 years on the fine lees, it offers a refined and evolved aromatic profile, with aromas of citrus zest, red fruits, toasted almonds, sweet notes of honey and pastry cream, enriched by bursts of chalk. On the palate, it captivates with its elegant, deep, and attractive demeanor, with delightful freshness and fascinating mineral charge.

The Champagne Extra Brut Premier Cru “Les Noues” by Frederic Savart is a pure Pinot Noir that enhances the natural vocation of the north-western slope of the Montagne de Reims to produce deep, fresh Champagnes with great personality. It is a Vintage that ages for 3 years on the lees before disgorgement, in order to reach full expressive maturity. A label that offers elegant and complex aromas, ranging from citrus to small red berries, from dried fruit to softer and honeyed evolved notes. It is a great gastronomic Champagne, to be enjoyed on special occasions with important menus.

“Les Noues” is an Extra Brut Premier Cru Champagne that perfectly expresses the production philosophy of this small artisanal Maison. In love with Burgundy, Frederic Savart has reintroduced in Champagne a parcel model of domaine management, which moves in the opposite direction to the traditional blending practices of the region. His Champagnes are a clear and pure representation of individual parcels from the estate and the particular characteristics of the Vintage. Thanks to this search for territorial nuance, Frederic Savart has established himself as one of the most innovative and original vignerons in Champagne

The Premier Cru “Les Noues” from the Maison of Frederic Savart is crafted starting from a raw material of pure excellence. The Pinot Noir grapes come only from a vineyard cultivated in the Premier Cru of Ecuiel, on the typical chalky and clayey soils of the area. At the end of fermentation in wood, the base wines rest for a few months in barriques before the creation of the cuvée and undergo a second fermentation in the bottle according to the Champenoise Method, with a resting period on the lees of 36 months. The Champagne presents itself with a beautiful bright golden yellow, with a very fine and continuous perlage. The bouquet recalls aromas of citrus peel, berries, bread crust, pastries, pain grillé, and toasted dried fruit. The sip is particularly long and complex with a great taste persistence, closing on chalky and savory notes, supported by a vibrant freshness.
