The Côtes du Rhône Rosé Taparas from the Estézargues winegrowers' cooperative is a saignée rosé with a crunchy and fruity profile offering great value for money. It has aromas of small red fruits, wild strawberry, rustic accents, and a pleasant saline note. On the palate, it is very juicy and fresh, with a torrential and very smooth drinkability.

The Côtes du Rhône Rosé ‘Taparas’ from Les Vignerons d’Estézargues is a French bottle with pronounced aromas of red fruits, produced in accordance with the principles of certified organic farming. Les Vignerons d’Estézargues is a cooperative founded in 1965 that brings together 12 local producers from the village of Estézargues, in the Rhône Valley, covering a total of 550 hectares of vineyards, of which 75% is certified organic with the remaining part in conversion or under sustainable viticulture practices. The cuvée ‘Taparas’ takes its name from a dialect term synonymous with “poudingue”, a hard and compact sedimentary rock that characterizes the soils of the area.

The Taparas-Estézargues Rosé Côtes du Rhône is made from a blend of Grenache (50%), Syrah (30%), and Carignan (20%). The vines, grown under certified organic farming, are planted in clay and pebble soils. In the cellar, the winemaking occurs in rosé using the saignée technique (saignée), removing the liquid from a tank containing the must of recently crushed red grapes. The alcoholic fermentation occurs spontaneously in stainless steel tanks, where the mass remains for a few months for the subsequent maturation phase. The wine is finally bottled without prior clarification or filtration.

Les Vignerons d’Estézargues ‘Taparas’ Côtes du Rhône Rosé is pale pink and impenetrable with ruby hues. The aromatic spectrum opens with fruity notes of raspberry, cherry, wild strawberry, and pomegranate, combined with a pleasant rustic trail and aromas of fresh flowers. Juicy and crisp, the freshness of the sip is very smooth with a marked savory finish. An ideal rosé wine to pair with platters of cured meats and lightly aged cheeses.
