The Falanghina "Janare Anima Lavica" from the renowned Campanian winery La Guardiense is a fresh and smooth white that pairs well with fish and vegetable dishes. The name of this label is inspired by the vineyards located on outcrops of volcanic rocks rich in minerals that give character and savoriness to the bottle, and the aging takes place in steel tanks for a few months. The color is straw yellow with greenish reflections while the aromas recall broom, linden, and fresh orange peel. The sip is agile, savory, mineral, harmonious, and has a finish of good taste persistence

Volpe and Aglianico. Anima Lavica is the purest and most direct expression of the terroir. It is, in fact, a label made exclusively with grapes from vines that take root in ancient volcanic tuff soils. After the soft pressing of the bunches, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. The aging occurs in steel tanks for a period of a few months.

“Janare Anima Lavica” by La Guardiense is a Falanghina that adds to the numerous versions of the grape variety present in the winery's collection, to offer a particular version, with a clear volcanic connotation. In the glass, it presents a bright straw yellow color with subtle greenish reflections. The bouquet is characterized by aromas of lime zest, wildflowers, hints of broom, and fragrant white-fleshed fruit. On the palate, it is savory and vertical, with a sip that expresses delicate aromas and a clear mineral freshness. It is a refined and elegant white, ideal to be enjoyed with seafood dishes.
