The Habemus Etichetta Oro by San Giovenale is a rare and refined white wine from Lazio, originating from Tuscia and made from grapes native to the Rhône Valley such as Marsanne and Roussanne. It ages for 16 months in French oak barrels and expresses a rich and complex sensory profile, golden to the eye and intense in its notes of orange peel, honey, and noble woods, revealing a bright and energetic sip. Artisanal wine

“Habemus - Etichetta Oro” by San Giovenale is a white wine that combines finesse and a bold personality, capable of fearlessly challenging the greatest whites of the Rhône. This stunning white from the renowned Lazio winery is produced with Marsanne and Roussanne, grape varieties typical of the Northern Rhône, often blended with Viognier, capable of creating wines with a soft texture and long evolutionary potential. The aim of Marco Casolanetti, the winery's oenologist and already owner of Oasi Degli Angeli, is precisely this, pursued by maintaining extremely low yields coinciding with a dense planting density, in order to concentrate the richness of the fruit, as well as adopting respectful and non-invasive agriculture. Power, depth, and structure characterize the wines of San Giovenale, dedicated to those perhaps in search of wines of remarkable impact and charm.

The wine Habemus “Etichetta Oro” is obtained from a blend of Marsanne and Roussanne from vines cultivated in bush form located in the municipality of Blera, which rests on clayey and rather structured soils. In the vineyard, as already mentioned, the aim is to obtain few but particularly concentrated fruits, therefore the yields are extremely low. In the winery, spontaneous alcoholic fermentations and aging of 16 months in oak barrels.

Habemus Oro presents itself in the glass with an enchanting golden hue, dense and compact. The nose, rich and opulent, unfolds notes of citrus zest, yellow fruit, honey, sweet spices, and evolved memories of wood and toasting. On the palate, the liquid does not hide its heavyweight structure, revealing itself to be extremely rich and filling, with a velvety and seductive texture, and impressive length. Definition of a classy white.
