Curatolo Arini's Inzolia is a native Sicilian wine with personality, delicate and expressive of the Sicilian hinterland. Produced quite high up, at 500 metres above sea level, it is vinified in steel on the noble lees with brief maceration on the skins to extract the wine's character to the full. The nose releases aromas of citrus fruits, white flowers and a typical hint of fresh almonds. On the palate it impresses with a pleasant saltiness that, with subtle bitter hints and a fresh finish, makes for a refreshing, marine-like sip. Ideal with a tuna carpaccio with extra virgin olive oil and capers
