The Nebbiolo d’Alba by Palladino is a structured red, with territorial character and very expressive of the Langhe style. A faithful interpretation of the grape variety, designed to enhance its finesse rather than its power. On the nose, it expresses the typical aromas of the grape variety, with fragrant hints of violet and raspberry; on the palate, it is very tannic but with a soft and fresh sip. It pairs well with meats and flavorful first courses, ideal with a mushroom risotto or a veal roast
