Cavit’s ‘Bottega Vinai’ Pinot Blanc is a fresh and fragrant wine produced from vineyards situated between Lake Garda and the Brentonico plateau. Fermentation and ageing take place in stainless steel tanks to preserve the wine’s aromatic integrity and expressive precision. On the nose, there are hints of yellow apple, white flowers and subtle vegetal notes. On the palate, it is refined and smooth, with balanced freshness and a delicately savoury finish. It pairs well with grilled fish dishes, such as a fillet of trout with aromatic herbs
