Fermentation with indigenous yeasts occurs in whole clusters in steel, a technique that promotes a more delicate extraction, preserves aromatic integrity, limits tannic extraction, and enhances the floral and fruity nuances of the grape variety. The wine then ages for four months on the lees in steel, gaining greater roundness and taste harmony. On the nose, notes of white peach, passion fruit, and red flowers emerge.
