Recioto Classico Le Ragose is a sweet wine of great concentration, produced in extremely limited quantities and a historic symbol of Valpolicella. The selected grapes are dried in the fruit cellar until winter, following tradition. The bouquet is deep, with cherries preserved in alcohol, ripe currants and a dark note of dark chocolate. On the palate, it is dense, enveloping and harmonious, supported by a lively freshness that balances the sweetness and warmth of the sip. Perfect with chocolate desserts and blue cheeses
