The Rossese "U Bastio" by Bio Vio winery is a delicate and sinuous Ligurian red wine from the Riviera di Ponente, near Albenga. It refines for a short period in steel tanks and releases a frank but very fine personality, with vinous aromas and small berries, combined with details of wild roses, while the mouthfeel is calm, smooth, elegant and persistent.
