The Rosso I Vigneri is born from the hands of Salvo Foti, the singer of Etna and bush-trained vines. The grapes are vinified in the ancient Etnean Palmento with foot crushing and spontaneous fermentation. No cooling technology, no wood, only the use of amphorae for maceration. The nose has dark tones but is sunny, with hints of blueberry, blackberry, and plum, with a spicy finish. The sip is typical, savory, and mineral, a true volcanic wine. It pairs perfectly with grilled goat.
