The Sauvignon by Elena Walch is a fresh, fragrant and vibrant white wine, vinified only in steel. It has a rich and slightly vegetal bouquet, with citrus, exotic fruit, sage and other aromatic herbs. The palate is mineral, savory, refreshing and quite persistent.
This Sauvignon presents itself with a bright straw-yellow color with slight greenish reflections. On the nose, aromas of crisp fruit appear, including green apple, citrus, and gooseberry, floral notes of elderflower, intense vegetal hints, and aromatic herbs, including sage. On the palate, it is slim, lively, elegant, and well-balanced, with a freshness and salinity that blend into a finish of great persistence.
