Villa Folini's Sparkling Pas Dosé is a fresh and fragrant bubbly, produced from Friulian white or black grapes. After a rapid refermentation with the Martinotti method, which gives effervescence and maintains great fragrance, the wine is bottled and ready to delight at the table. The nose releases intense citrus aromas, then fresh hints of sage, flowers and white fruit. The palate is pleasantly savoury, balanced by the creamy mouthfeel and fresh finish. Try it with a mixed vegetable and fish tempura
