The 'Trebbiolo Rosso' from Stoppa is a typical red wine from the Colli Piacentini, aged for 10 months in steel and/or concrete. On the nose, it releases intense notes of red berry fruit, flowers, humus, and vegetal hints. On the palate, it has good balance and persistence, consistent with the nose.

The Trebbiolo Rosso from Stoppa is a daily wine with immense personality, a calling card of one of the most significant wineries in the field of artisanal wine production. Stoppa is one of those names that makes the heart of every respectable wine lover vibrate, due to interpretations with an overflowing personality, capable of surprisingly defying time. A historic winery founded in Rivergaro in the mid-1800s at the behest of lawyer Ageno (to whom one of the most significant labels of the winery is also dedicated), it is thanks to the meeting between Giulio Armani and the Pantaleoni family, represented today by Elena, that there has been a true push in the production of artisanal wines that represent the territory coherently and uncompromisingly. Wines that are the offspring of a tradition that risked being lost, those of Giulio and Elena are bottles with a clear and recognizable character imprint, which occupy a rightful place in the hearts of enthusiasts.

The Trebbiolo wine is obtained from an almost equal blend of Barbera and Bonarda, and represents the most everyday and convivial red of the renowned winery.emilian. In the vineyard, a minimally invasive approach has always been followed, using only a bit of copper and sulfur to not compromise the vitality of the soil. In the winery, the process continues with spontaneous alcoholic fermentation and maceration on the skins for about 20 days, with minimal addition of sulfur before bottling.

The Trebbiolo red appears in the glass in its bright ruby robe. Characterized and highly typical olfactory impact, a fusion of fresh fruit aromas, vegetal puffs, and references to the earth and underbrush. The sip combines juiciness and compactness, confirming its convivial and gastronomic nature, standing as a heart bottle ready to gratify the everyday table. If this is a ''basic'' wine…
