The wine is produced near Sagrado, where the Terraneo family cultivates 35 hectares of vineyards under certified organic farming practices, within an ecosystemrich in biodiversity. The soils of limestone rock and little red earth, along with the mild, typically Mediterranean climate, but refreshed by the Bora wind blowing from the northeast, provide ideal conditions for white grape varieties and particularly for Vitovska, which has adapted very well to this microclimate. At the end of the manual harvest, the grapes are gently pressed. The free-run must ferments spontaneously, using only indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Before bottling, the wine matures in steel on fine lees for a period of a few months.
